PROJECT PERFORMANCE

CFL replaced the existing analog intercom system at a (9) building complex in the Sheepshead Bay neighborhood in Brooklyn, NY. The client received a new audio & video capable intercom system with individual apartment stations capable of a remote door release in nearly (1000) apartments. Stainless steel Aiphone GT series audio/video intercom entrance panels with digital scroll display were installed at each building main entrance location alongside Isonas access control units throughout the property.

CLIENT ADVANTAGE

We provided our Client with the most reputable brand of audio/video intercom systems manufactured by Aiphone in Japan. By re-using the existing wiring in the complex, we saved the Client and Co-Op owners hundreds of thousands of dollars in wiring costs. The primary complexity involved communication to all parties regarding the installation progress & status. To mitigate this, we deployed our proprietary project tracking software which provided end-user visibility on completion targets.
